Lovie got 5 seasons. Bielema will probably get the same. Though it is concerning that the weakest unit is the OL and that is supposedly Bielema's area of expertise.

The OL line coach is in his 3rd season and Adams, Crisler, Pearl and Slaughter are back from last year.

We have 23 tfl while giving up 35 and 7 sacks while giving up 20. You have to have skill players but you win in the trenches.
We needed a portal rb to keep the defense off the field.

So Robert at IlliniBoard, who is basically the Illini version of Tempo34 Justin Fields Excuse Guy, was saying after the game Bielema is not playing his recruits. W.T F.? It is year 3. If the linemen you recruited can't beat out the current group at this point,  that's a big freaking problem.
